Production Time

  • Each made-to-order item is through our trusted partner, Printify.
  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
  • Personalized or custom items may take slightly longer during busy seasons.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once production on your order has started.

Shipping Times & Regions

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after production.
  • International orders may take 10–30 business days, depending on location and customs.
  • You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions—watch for those on our home page or social media!

Multiple Items in One Order

  • Items may ship separately if produced by different Printify providers or facilities.
  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if your order arrives in multiple packages.

Delays or Delivery Issues

  • Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delays due to weather, holidays, or customs are beyond our control.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos and your order number so we can investigate and offer a solution—either a replacement or refund if eligible.
